Part of the connection between the Orte–Falconara line and the Adriatic railway line, the project includes the crossing of the Esino River, in the municipality of Falconara.
The proposed solution consists of a continuous deck over three spans, made of constant-depth girders of 2.80 m. The central span allows the crossing of the Esino River’s ordinary flood channel and is achieved through a tied-arch structure (“bow-string”) with a lower deck configuration.
